As I have mentioned in my previous introduction part, there are many Comenius projects in the school organized by many teachers. During my assistantship in this school I had the opportunity to have a closer look at how the students are working on that particular project that I am going to present you.
The Kiosk is a kind of buffet for students in the school which was founded and run by one particular class. While it is a business school, students enjoy it and can put their gained knowledge into practice, so this enterprise is very useful for everyone in the school.
The students from that class are shareholders so they can share the profit of the Kiosk. They sell sandwiches, sweets, biscuits and drinks during the breaks. There are some lessons when they purchase with one of the teachers, who helps the students with everything they need (shopping, accounting etc).
In my point of view the importance of the project is beyond question. This is the way how the students learn how enterprises work in real life and this is the project which helps them being responsible, helpful and good workers in their future life and the gained knowledge and practice through this project could be very helpful in every walk of life.
